Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in brand new, unused condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • How to Return: Please contact us at mervinaustin29@gmail.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
